The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $8,980.80 by June 30, 2023 or $10,448.20 by July 11, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $6,833.54 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by July 11, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $48.24 from June 20, 2023 until the move-out date.
