What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 8, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,380.54 in rent arrears and application costs. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 8, 2022, they will owe interest starting March 9, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by March 8, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
