The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $991.50, which includes rent arrears owing up to February 28, 2022 and the cost of the application minus the rent deposit and interest owing. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before July 15, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
