What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 24, 2021 unless the Tenant pays $1,804.66 to the Landlord or the Board by that date. If the unit is not vacated by September 24, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant may make a motion to set aside the order if they pay the required amount after September 25, 2021 but before the Sheriff enforces the eviction.
