What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The parties had signed an N11 Agreement to End the tenancy with an effective termination date of October 15, 2021, and also reached their own terms in Minutes of Settlement to resolve the issues.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of October 15, 2021, the date they mutually agreed upon in the N11 form. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 15, 2021. If the unit is not vacated on or before October 15, 2021, then starting October 16, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
