What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,677.36 by April 30, 2024 or $5,516.04 by May 31, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 31, 2024. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $60.45 per day for compensation starting March 21, 2024 until the Tenant vacates.
