What happened

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $3,766.00, which represents the amount of rent owing up to July 31, 2020, less the last month's rent deposit, plus the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before February 14, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest calculated from February 15, 2021 at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
