What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to substantial interference with the Landlord's or another tenant's reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest, and because the Tenant, another occupant, or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person. The Landlord claimed the Tenant's continued occupation of the rental unit itself constituted the behavior that warranted the notices.
