What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act and seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord's staff within the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy can continue if the Tenant refrains from engaging in abusive and/or aggressive behavior and threatening the Landlord's staff and/or other individuals within the residential complex. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 7, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
