What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $9,792.04 and vacate the unit by May 7, 2024. The Tenants will also owe daily compensation of $49.64 from April 12, 2024 until they vacate.
