What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 1, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 1, 2021. The Tenant must pay $1,318.65 to the Landlord or to the Board in trust on or before April 30, 2021 to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not make full payment by the deadline, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
