What happened

The ruling

The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,150.41 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $36.76 per day in compensation for continued occupancy after October 30, 2021. If the full amount is not paid by November 9, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
