The ruling
The Tenant owes the Landlord $3,923.40 for the period ending October 31, 2020. The Tenant shall make monthly payments of $602.62 towards the arrears, in addition to paying the ongoing monthly rent. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may collect the entire outstanding balance and apply for an eviction order without notice.
