The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2022, unless the Tenants void the order by paying the specified amount. The Tenants must pay $5,445.77 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $53.15 per day from February 25, 2022, until they move out. The Tenants must also pay $186.00 for the application filing fee. If full payment is not made by March 7, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
