What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears.
The ruling
The Tenant's request for review is granted. The Tenant is ordered to pay $752 in rent arrears and costs to the Landlord, with a payment schedule of $186 by May 31, 2017, $50 plus regular rent per month from June 2017 to April 2018, and $16 plus regular rent by May 2018. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord can apply for an eviction order.
