What happened

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective January 25, 2018. The unauthorized occupant must vacate the rental unit by May 12, 2018, and pay $190.00 for the application filing cost. The Landlord will use the last month's rent deposit for the final month of tenancy. If the unit is not vacated by May 12, 2018, the Landlord may file for enforcement with the Sheriff.
