What happened

The Landlord did not address any of these issues.
The ruling
The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenant $2,621.09 in rent abatement and $300 for moving expenses, for a total of $2,966.09. The Landlord must pay the full amount by August 15, 2017, or the Tenant may deduct $500 per month from September 2017 to January 2018, and $466.09 in February 2018.
