The tenancy is terminated effective September 7, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,053.04 plus $53.76 per day from August 28, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 7, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
