What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants due to their failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The previous LTB order is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the tenants must vacate the unit by July 6, 2021. The tenants must pay the landlord $4,787.45, which includes rent arrears, application fees, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the tenants do not pay by July 6, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
