What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 23, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,156.85, which includes rent arrears up to August 12, 2020 and costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 23, 2020, they will owe interest starting August 24, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 23, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
