What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to the tenant's failure to pay rent. The tenant filed a motion to set aside the previous eviction order and also applied for an order alleging the landlord harassed and interfered with the tenant's reasonable enjoyment of the property.

The ruling

The tenant's motion to set aside the previous eviction order was denied. The stay of the eviction order will be lifted on February 28, 2015. The tenant's application alleging the landlord interfered with the tenant's reasonable enjoyment and right to organize a tenants' association was dismissed.
