What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenant did not void by paying the arrears.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 30, 2017. The tenant must pay the landlord $2,731.35 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $44.55 per day starting August 22, 2017 until the tenant moves out. The tenant must also pay the $190.00 application filing fee. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by September 1, 2017, they will owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by September 30, 2017, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
