What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to terminate the Co-op Members' occupancy and evict them due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges. The Co-op Members did not respond to the application or attend the Case Management Hearing.
The ruling
The Co-op Members' occupancy rights are terminated, and they must vacate the unit by September 5, 2015. If they do not void the order by paying the outstanding amounts, the Co-op may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office to enforce the eviction.
