What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $18,807.58 on or before September 30, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $12,750.76 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $69.54 for each day of occupation starting August 5, 2022.
