What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay outstanding rent. The application was amended to an L9 application solely for arrears of rent and the filing fee. The Tenant did not attend the hearing despite proper service of notice.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $54.26, which includes the remaining application filing costs. If not paid by November 30, 2022, interest will be charged at 4.00% annually from December 1, 2022.
