The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of August 18, 2021, the date the Tenant gave vacant possession of the rental unit to the Landlord. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $7,313.26 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 14, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
