What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions of a previous repayment plan order.

The motion to set aside the previous eviction order is denied. The stay of the eviction order is lifted effective February 28, 2017, allowing the Sheriff to enforce the order on or after that date.
