What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system without providing replacement keys, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit, and withheld or interfered with the supply of vital services.

The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to refrain from attempting to illegally evict the Tenant, and to pay the Tenant $1,943 for the value of the personal possessions and cash that were lost, as well as $45 for the Tenant's costs in filing the application.
