What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The application was resolved by order TSL-71780-16 issued on April 18, 2017. The Tenant requested a review of the order, which was heard and resulted in order TSL-71780-17-RV issued on December 5, 2017. The Landlord then requested a review of the order.
