What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 22, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,922.20, which includes rent arrears up to the termination date and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $36 per day for use of the unit from August 12, 2021 until move-out. If the full amount is not paid by August 22, 2021, the Landlord may file the order for enforcement.
