What happened
Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them and substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex. The Tenants claimed the Landlord would not permit them to store a bicycle and tires on the balcony of their third-story rental unit.
The ruling
The Tenants' application is dismissed. The Adjudicator found that storing a bicycle and tires on a third-story balcony would not substantially interfere with the Tenants' reasonable enjoyment, and the Landlord was not enforcing the tenancy agreement consistently.
