The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 21, 2020. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $8,192.53, which includes compensation for use of the unit from March 1, 2020 to September 10, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not vacate by September 21, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
