What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex: a) wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises, b) wilfully causing undue damage to the premises, c) substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and d) seriously impairing the safety of any person. The Landlord also applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlord and the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The request to review order SWL-37305-19 issued on November 27, 2019 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on February 11, 2020 is cancelled, and the stay of order SWL-37305-19 is lifted.
