What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 10, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,934.20, plus $26.30 per day starting December 31, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 10, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
