What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants did not void the N4 Notice by paying the arrears. The Tenants proposed a payment plan, citing seasonal business fluctuations, but failed to provide supporting documentation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying the full amount owing. The Tenants must move out by February 28, 2023, if they do not void the order. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 1, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
