What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $21,971.92 by January 31, 2023 or $23,717.84 by February 6, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by February 6, 2023 and pay $19,462.56 to the Landlord.
