What happened

The tenancy was terminated effective July 3, 2020, the day the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Landlord's claim for damages was dismissed as he did not provide supporting evidence. The Tenants were ordered to pay $136.63 in compensation for use of the unit from July 1-2, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest owed.
