What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $9,586.00 by that date. The Tenant must pay $7,784.50 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 for application costs. Daily compensation of $39.45 is due for each day of occupation starting January 20, 2022. If not vacated by January 30, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
