What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants gave a notice to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 4, 2022. Tenants must vacate by this date or face eviction by the Sheriff starting February 5, 2022. Tenants have until February 3, 2022, to file a motion to set aside the order.
