What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $14,286 on or before August 28, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must move out by August 28, 2022 and pay the Landlords $7,931.56 plus daily compensation of $67.40 per day starting July 5, 2022.
