What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and Tenants must vacate by January 21, 2023. Tenants are ordered to pay $13,623.64 plus $36.39 per day from January 11, 2023, until they move out. If not paid by January 21, 2023, interest will be charged at 5% annually.
