What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The application was resolved by order TEL-18144-21, issued on July 28, 2021. The Tenants then filed a motion to set aside order TEL-18144-21, which was heard on October 8, 2021. At the hearing, the Landlord consented to the set aside motion.
