What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 5, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the unit is not vacated by November 5, 2021, the Tenants will owe additional compensation of $30.84 per day until they move out, and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
