What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Landlord alleged that the Tenant committed acts of aggression towards other tenants in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 21, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $17.29 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting February 11, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by February 21, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 5.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
