The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $8,642.90, which includes rent arrears and compensation up to July 31, 2020, as well as $175.00 for the application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 28, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting March 1, 2021.
