What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $28,258.72 by August 16, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by August 16, 2022, and pay $21,778.43 plus $63.12 per day from June 21, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting August 17, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
