What happened

The ruling

The tenant must pay the landlord $15,590.58 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $201 in application fees, and $32.88 per day in compensation starting July 6, 2021 until the tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by July 16, 2021, the landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
