What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous mediated settlement. The Tenant did not pay rent or arrears as required by the settlement.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,946.64 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $30.41 per day in compensation starting February 5, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 15, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
