What happened

The Tenants' motion to void the eviction order LTB-L-001032-22 was granted. The order is now void and cannot be enforced by the Landlord. The part of the order relating to eviction based on rent arrears is void, while the remaining parts continue in full force and effect. The amount of $24,666.00 paid into the LTB by the Tenants shall be paid out to the Landlord.
