What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by January 30, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $201 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 30, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance starting January 31, 2023.
